My business is listed, however, I do not know my login credentials. How should I proceed?

Once you have your login credentials, logging in is a snap. We will be adding additional information shortly, however, in the meantime, you can watch a short video covering multiple situations

How do I upload our membership logo?

There is currently no way to do that online. Once you join Every.CITY, we will ask you to email us a copy of your logo.

I would like to log in, however, I do not know my login credentials. How do I get them?

In most cases, logging in will be a snap. However, there are several situations that need a little more explanation.

If you previously submitted your own business listing, you should have received an email containing your login credentials. If you do not remember either your User ID or your password, you can click the Forgot User ID or Password link on the Login screen. Once there, enter your zip code, email address, and the CAPCHA number and we will send you an email containing your login credentials.

If you did not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder. Also, to prevent future emails from going to your spam folder, please add to your Safe Senders list.

We have also received a number of business listings from Chambers of Commerce and other organizations. When we imported their lists, either into one of our .city websites like, or into, their lists may not have included your email address, and without it, we were not able to send you your login credentials. If that is the case, submit a Contact Us submittal, providing your business name and email address, and we will send you an email containing your login credentials.

If you do not know whether we have your email address or not, you should also use the Forgot User ID or Password link on the Login Screen. Once you enter your information, the system will let you know how to proceed.

And if you are logging in from one of our .city websites, like, when you click LOGIN from the navigation, since provides the backend administrative functionality, the Login page from will be displayed and you should enter your credentials there. Once logged in, you will be able to manage all your business information.

Finally, if your business is listed in multiple .city websites, or within multiple cities or counties within, you will have a single login to cover them all. The only exception to that is if you have multiple physical locations, and if that is the case, you will need to log in for each physical location.

What is your refund policy?

When adding enhancements to your account, either to be included in the directory under additional locales or in additional Categories, we have a 30-day, no-questions asked refund policy for any purchases made within the last 30 days. This policy also applies to any ads you have on our city or county Home Pages or on the Category Pages within the site.

I can change the address, city, county and phone number for my business, but if I move to another state, how do I change the state?

Please send us an email indicating the new state, county and city where your business will be located, and we can change the information for you.

When uploading images, some images are accepted and others are not. What is the problem.

There is a current 4 MB limit on file size for uploading images. You need to reduce the file size of the image before uploading the image.

What is the shortest period I can advertise on a Category Page?

You can advertise for a month at a time, and in fact, some businesses do just that during a specific period where they want to promote their activities.
